Our mission is to give solopreneurs the systems big companies run on. Fiya AI Business Systems is an AI automation agency in Wilmington, Delaware. It was founded by Samori Coles, who has spent thirty years running businesses rather than advising them from the outside.

The company exists because of a problem he had himself. Running several brands largely alone, most of his week was going to the operating side instead of the work only he could do. So he built a system to run it: the books, the client pipeline, the follow-up, the production work. It worked, and other owners started asking him to build theirs.

That is still how the company works. Every system Fiya sells has run inside one of his own businesses before it was offered to a client. Nothing here is theory, and nothing here is a product somebody else built that we resell with a markup.

Most owners have already tried AI on their own. They ended up with a chatbot, not a business that runs differently. That is the gap this company was built in.
