This policy explains what information Fiya AI Business Systems collects through Fiya.ai, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Fiya AI Business Systems is a Delaware company based in Wilmington, Delaware ("Fiya," "we," "us").

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

• The free guide form: your first name and email address.
• The strategy session form: your name, email address, phone number, business name and team size.
• The contact form: your name, email address, phone number, business name if you give it, the topic you pick, and your message.
• Booking a session: the details you enter in our scheduling calendar and the time you choose.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use it to keep the site running and secure.

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. When you move from the strategy session form to the calendar, your browser briefly holds your name and email so you do not have to type them twice. That stays in your browser tab and clears when you close it. The booking calendar is provided by our scheduling service and may use its own cookies to work.

How we use it

• To send you the guide you asked for.
• To schedule and hold your strategy session, and to follow up afterward.
• To answer your message.
• To send occasional emails related to what you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Strategy sessions take place on Zoom and may be recorded so we can review what you shared. We will tell you at the start of the call.

Text messages

We will only text you about your inquiry or appointment, or if you have agreed to receive texts. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or your consent to receive texts, to third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• Our customer relationship and scheduling platform, where your form details and bookings are stored.
• Our email delivery provider, which sends our emails.
• Our website host.
• Zoom, for strategy sessions.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we have a reason to, such as an ongoing conversation or working relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email support@fiya.ai and we will take care of it. You can also unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom.

Security

Our forms send your information over an encrypted connection, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
