How long does an engagement take?
The strategy session is 30 minutes. The consultation, if there is one, is 90 minutes plus the written roadmap. Builds run in weeks rather than quarters, and are sequenced so the earliest work justifies carrying on. Anyone promising a full transformation in a week is selling you a template.
Do we have to move onto your software?
No. If you already run a CRM we integrate with it. We only put a new platform underneath you when there genuinely is not one, and we say so plainly when that is the case.
What if we already tried AI and it did nothing?
That is the common story. Most businesses have been sold a chatbot and a subscription, which is a tool, not a system. The difference is whether somebody built the thing around how you actually operate.
